Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order as soon as we receive your payment.
In general, the shipping time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
In Belgium, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For other countries, please allow 5 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) although it may go faster depending on your region.
For the delivery of your orders, we generally use the transport service of Bpost. For deliveries outside Belgium, Bpost forwards the goods to the postal service in your country. It is the latter who will deliver the package to the delivery address.
You can track your package at any time via the bpost site using your tracking number.
Return & Refund
For non-perishable products, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the time limit via our contact form. After notifying us of your desire to return your item, you will receive the procedure by email. You will then have a maximum of 14 days to return the item to us.
Return costs are entirely your responsibility.
In order to get a refund, returned products must not have suffered any damage. The original packaging of the item must not have been opened. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Once we receive the item, we check it is in the original condition and then issue the refund.
Perishable products and personalized products, in accordance with legal provisions, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. When an order is placed for such products, it is firm and final.
When validating your order, you have the choice between different secure payment methods:

You can also decide to pay by bank transfer. Note that with this payment method, the shipping time may be extended. Indeed, we must wait to receive the money in our bank account before sending the order. The time taken to receive the transfer depends on the issuing bank.
Regardless of the payment method chosen, the data relating to the transaction is transmitted in an encrypted manner. For the processing of transactions, we use the certified company Stripe.
